About Me
As a Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, I have 15 years experience.
Specialising in the treatment of anxiety, stress and depression. I also work with clients to treat phobias, panic attacks and other unwanted behaviours, such as habits including alcohol, smoking, drug use and eating issues, including weight gain and loss. Prior to training I was a professional social worker and a former mental health nurse. I have a degree from Bristol University in Early Childhood Studies, which gives me an excellent understanding of the intricacies of our childhood experiences on our adult life.
My business was originally established in 2011. I now work in a private office based in Caerphilly and also online worldwide via Zoom, Teams, or WhatsApp video, depending on the clients’ preference.
